What is Religion ?

Religion is a collection of belief systems, cultural systems and worldviews. Religion is something that virtually all humanse have in common. In all corners of the world and in all eras of history, people have wondered about the meaning of life, how to make the best of it. The word Religion stems from the Latin word "RELIGIONEM" meaning respect for what is sacred probably with the original meaning of care for worship and traditions. The author Cicero believed that the word came from "RELEGERE" meaning "to go through" or "read again". Other Latin writhers such as Augustine believed that the word mens "bind fast" .
